St. Charles Schools

St. Charles is a county located in the eastern part of Missouri. It is considered as one of the wealthiest counties in the state. According to stats and surveys, people living in this area are more conservative and upper middle class. St. Charles houses some of the oldest schools of United States. And some of them are schools that serve thousands of students.

The St. Charles School District is the school district for the city of St. Charles. It was founded in 1846. The motto for the school district is “A proud past….an enlightened future. The school occupies five thousand students in the district. The district is composed of a number of schools and centers. which is made up of pre-kindergarten up to 12th grade of school system. The community of students who are attending in this school district takes pride in it being a rated school system.

Wentzville School District: This school district is located in Wentzville, Missouri and serves the city of Foristell, Wentzville, Lake St. Louis and other portions of Dardenne Prairie and O’Fallon. It is the school district that sets high standard for students by maximizing their full potential.

Students in this school district are academically competitive and excellent. The current school district superintendent is Dr. Curtis Cain. All staff and board members of the school district values the Integrity, Excellence, Learning and Community participation of students.

Fort Zumwalt School District: It is considered as the largest school district in St. Charles County. The primary purpose of the school district is to offer assurance for students that education is an important part of their life. Thus, regardless of what their economic status quo is, the school district promotes such positive learning aspects in the lives of their each student. The school district promotes the virtues of citizenship, democracy, self-discipline, respect and work ethics to all types of social norms.

Francis Howell School District: One of the oldest school districts in St. Charles, Missouri that has been serving students since 1830. It occupies the 150 square miles in the southeast corner of St. Charles County. It is also considered as one of the largest districts in Missouri. The district provides education to 18,000 students. The district offers programs starting from kindergarten to 12th grade.

Apart from this, the district provides education to additional 8,000 students of early childhood education program. The educational facilities present in the district include 3 early childhood building, 10 elementary, 5 middle, 3 high school and 2 alternative education schools.
